Pete Davidson Buys New $1.2 Million Condo in Staten Island

Pete Davidson did it. The Saturday Night Live star finally got a place of his own. Right before 2021, he closed a deal on a $1.2 million high-rise condo, the New York Post reports.

Don’t worry; self-proclaimed King of Staten Island Davidson’s new space is within the borough. He can still easily get to the $1.3 million home he purchased for his mom in 2016, where he has been living in the basement for the last few years.

Nevertheless, he couldn’t be more excited to be on his own, as he revealed during a Zoom call that made its way to TikTok over the weekend. “I just moved out of my mom’s house,” the comedian casually shared. “I’m fully out, I got a pad,” he added after stepping into his place.

The original listing reportedly described the two-bedroom and 2.5-bathroom condo as the “pinnacle of luxury lifestyle living,” and the panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline alone prove that statement to be true. Other standout features of the dreamy abode include a large terrace that shows off the cityscape even more, a Jacuzzi tub, soaring ceilings allowing plenty of natural light, and much more.

One more thing to note: Whoever lived there before certainly had an appreciation for color, as the photos from the past listing showed a Hawaiian-themed bathroom and a purple-painted kitchen. It’ll be interesting to see if Davidson continues with this color palette. Then again, he’s never afraid to switch up his hair color, so perhaps he’ll channel this same energy when finalizing the color of his walls.
